Abstract


Nowdays children with special needs are still found in regular schools, especially in early childhood education such as in kindergarten. This situation makes it difficult for Kindergarten teachers to detect children with special needs because their physical condition is similar to normal children. Therefore, it is important for teachers in early childhood education to be equipped with knowledge about children with special needs. The outputs of community service program with title early detection of children with special needs for kinderganten teachers at IGTKI, Ngawi Regency are the module for early detection of children with special needs for kinderganten teachers with target community service program are implementation of seminars for early detection of children with special needs and the establishment of ABK discussion forums at IGTKI, Ngawi Regency. As a result, the teachers understanding of early detection of children with special needs had improved.
