Abstract


Vocational High Schools (SMK) play an important role in shaping human resources that are able to compete and have the competence in preparing skilled workforce. Various innovations, programs and activities were carried out by vocational high schools in order to achieve these goals: cognitive, affective, and psychomotorICSkillS.The use of interesting and interactive learning mediaand the use of diverse learning strategies wereeffortsto improve cognitive and affective skills of thestudents. Industrial work practice activities, Internship Program, Teaching Factory wereprograms to improve students' skills or psychomotorS. In addition, there werespecial excellence programs in vocational high schools called distinctiveprogramsin accordance with the program's field or the school’s competence. SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru and SMKKansai Pekanbaruhadprograms to improve the ability of teachers and students in usingthis technology as a reliable learning tool. This program providedthe competence of the vocational students to be able to produce ready-to-use products such as their respective department's expertise programs and expertise in using applications on computers and web-based programs that were currently considered as the needs of each institution.But to realize a skilled workforce, it still faces obstacles in the form of limited interactive teaching media, monotonous learning atmosphere, and strategies used by teachers tend to be conventional. The purpose of this activity was to improve the quality of student learning and provided convenience for teachers to evaluate student learning outcomes by describing learning media in the form of technology cloud-based learning models and web-based social media containing reliable content such as the presentation of interactive teaching materials, videos, forums, question banks, chat rooms and many others so that the learning process becomes more interesting, more attractive, easier, and more portable.
